Retaining Wall Dispute

Hi I've had a large shed professionally constructed in my garden. I live in a new estate and there is a bungalow at quite some distance away and quite a gap of waste land between the end of my garden to the bungalow. I took out a loan to have it carried out by professionals and asked that they construct within legislation as I wanted no neighbouring issues. I went into my two adjacent neighbours to let them know just out of courtesy and they have been absolutely fine. The retaining wall has quite a significant drop in level on the other side so my the residence behind only see about 400mm of the shed but I've had three areas of guttering installed and ensure all water runs back into my garden which is the case. It's not been built off the retaining wall and there is a gap on all sides been left. However the property owner behind me said he has issues with the fact that the wall looks to be wet. I have had a engineer out to inspect and he said he is been very unreasonable and his real issue seems to be the new houses behind him that he never had which I understand. The developer constructed the wall and rendered his side but we have breeze block our sides,it's also unpainted so when it rains you will see wet on a concrete wall. We have also had significant volumes of rain. It's an external wall that will face rain water as we live in Ireland. When I went around to see him he has planted extremely large birch trees about 400mm from the wall and anchored them and placed truck straps so there is signs of damage to wall already from this. Whilst I appreciate he may have planted trees for privacy they are very close to the wall and will likely overhang but also the integrity of the wall is now questioned with the trees having no flexibility. I'm not sure what to do as I tried to do neighbourly thing by speak to him but he wasn't pleasant I cannot do anything about rain hitting the wall.

Use a nice colloquial term of your choosing to tell him to cook a sock.

After that never engage with him again.
