    Hi all,

Just wondering will €310000 build much in this current climate.

    Bungalow. 140m2.

    4 bedrooms, 2 baths.

Ufh, air to water heat pump, hrv system, solar panels with battery.

    Some stone cladding on exterior.

Well for water will have to be drilled.

Will be pulling a few favours. Uncle is a digger man so will clear site, do groundswork and lay foundations at a discount. Friendly with plasterer, electrician, carpenter, tiler and kitchen maker so might get little bit off here and there.

Basically just wondering am I mad even thinking about building currently with such crazy prices or do people think its possible with budget mentioned above.

    All responses are appreciated.
