Good apartment complexes and areas in Dublin for budget buyer

    Hey all, I am hoping to buy an apartment as a single buyer later this year with a 250k budget. I live about 5k out of the city at the moment. I am wondering if anyone can recommend areas and apartment complexes. The most important things to me is that I can feel safe and that I can access city centre when I want to socialise and meet friends. I work remotely so commuting every day isn't overly important to me but that could change down the line so a good commute line would also be great.
