I am selling some property in Dublin. My solicitor asked me to get an architect tomdo maps for Land Registry. (Property is currently Registry of Deeds) I assumed they would have a panel they worked from but they said I have to arrange and pay for it myself. I contacted one company before two weeks before Christmas and they never got back to me.

I need to move on with this. Can any one recomend someone for this and advise the going rate. Does it have to be an architect ?

I do alot of them. Im an Engineer but based in Mayo.

It is bread and butter stuff for any Engineering business.

What kind of property is it?
