318is insurance ireland as an 18 year old

    Hello

    Im looking to get insured on a 1999 318is as an 18 year old with 1 year no claims bonus and 1 year driving experience but I am finding it hard for company’s to insure me. Just wondering is there any tricks or insurance company’s that I would have luck getting insured with .

    An 18 y/o in a 25 y/o ‘is’ has the need for speed written all over it. Do post back if you get a quote.

    one thing you could try is adding a family member (parent usually) with a clean license to your policy as a named driver. can sometimes bring a premium down a bit

    Best thing to do is set aside a chunk of time and ring every insurance company and broker you can find. i know it takes time, but you might get lucky
