Government Low-Cost Home Retrofit Loans

I am looking at getting PV panels installed on my house.

I am looking to get a 10kw battery installed at the same time, to take advantage of the 0% VAT. But this is pushing the cost of the project to ~€15K

The Irish Independent Oct ran an article about Low Cost Retrofit loans but my friend Google cannot find any more details & there is nothing on the SEAI website about it.

Looks like Solar Electricity only does not qualify, seems it has to be part of the One Stop Shop scheme.

Wondering about this - we have solar, new triple glazing in and attic insulation… jobs left to do are potentially external insulation and heat pump… will a one stop shop just do those things? why are they limiting it to one stop shops.. seems like its going to create a major backlog… also we are are already a2, having come from d3 few years ago and new windows will put us at high a2… does this mean we won't be eligible?

They lost me at three point something percent interest - it's very unimpressive given there are interest free loans in Scotland, for example.
