    Hi,

Would love if someone could clear this up for me.

Currently an apprentice carpenter looking to commercially tax a van.

Taxing it seems fine. The main concern is around the "Goods Only Declaration" form.

As I'm not VAT registered am I ok to use my PPS number or am I possibly setting myself up to get stung by the tax man.
