Yes it does. As you can see in the item description the measurements are 40 x 23 x 20 cm. We use it several times with Ryanair and I can confirm that it fits in the airport personal luggage cage. There are plenty of videos online showing it too just google decathlon bag ryanair

The quality on these bags is amazing. The only con is that they need to be carried by hand rather than a backpack but they are top notch for Ryanair

Ryanair and Aerlingus have different minimum bag sizes, that said the aerlingus one on paper is tiny, I have not seen them enforcing it

Me neither but it's true the Aer Lingus one is 25x33x20 which is ridiculously small. I would say that you could fit the decathlon one it it's not fully loaded easily. I will try next time I'm at the airport

Does anyone know how long delivery takes?

Also, is the 10% off the first order something energic like "Welcome10"? I signed up to the newsletter but never got a 10% off email from them. I even messaged them to say I never got a code and didn't hear anything back from that either.

Mine took 11 working days from order to receiving. There was 6 days from time I ordered until it said dispatched so perhaps could be faster if item is dispatched right away.

At the time of my order they had an offer on the website that gave the discount, can't remember if it was a code or simple click but I did get the 10%.
