Confusion over jobseeker benefit

    Hi everyone, I collected my first payment last Wednesday and I don’t know anyone personally that has collected jobseekers so I’m sorry if the questions is quite stupid.

    I got awarded a rate of 172.30 and on Wednesday last week I was given 275.30 from the period of the 16th of December till 27th of December. Is this the double payment for the two weeks ?
