I've a bit of a query, what are those two wee things in the bottom left corner of the first picture and what's their purpose, like?

The two wee things are tweezers and a toothpick.

The looks like a Swiss Army knife (usually red-coloured), which should be widely available - including on Amazon.

It looks like a knockoff a Victorinox knife. Which means if you search hard enough you'll proably find somewhere on line that will sell you something like that. Whether or not it gets to you is a different matter as Customs on either side may legally destroy it because it is a knockoff. When you buy something like this from reputable company like Lidl, they will have done their homework - have the right paperwork and paid the appropriate fees to the owners like Victorinox.

At a guess, I'd say this is the original, the list price is 39 Swiss Francs, so you'll probably find it on sale else where for a lot less:

Victorinox Huntsman

Even a second hand one is going to be a much better quality knife than a knockoff.

You'll need to watch out for their weekly specials and when they pop up.

Camping won't show up in winter I'd imagine so you'll probably have to wait for summer.

Even then there's absolutely no guarantee the same knife will be available when the next round of camping / hiking specials come up. It may do, but equally it could be yet another slightly different one, or even none at all.
