We have a new floor constructed 2020.

joist, bearer, engaged piers, LVL, particle board, fibrous cement, skyview adhesive, tile bed screet and porcelain tiles. Each tile weighs 5 kg.

The engineer and builders yesterday still have no idea as to why.

I asked could this be the combined floor construction too heavy overall?

And how can we fix this when skirting tiles remain fixed and in place?
