Wrong doing within Land registry , Courts.

    Has anyone ever come across a case of fraudlent take over of land unbeknownist to the real owners by court order. The fraudlent and falsified documents were accepted by solicitor, barristers, justice of the peace, a judge and the land registry . All documents and sworn affidavits were false. The real owners were not notified of the intention of this complete stranger(who has access to folios through his job) and his solicitor. Any advice greatly accepted .
