Double sealed indoor manhole cover costs?

Hi

I have a indoor manhole cover in a conservatory that needed tiles to be broken to open up and sort out a blockage.

Its 45 x 45 cm, now the tiles are gone the manhole is covered but have been told you can get double sealed covers to prevent smells etc for indoors?

The smell is noticeable now although wasn't bad earlier in the year.

What would be the expected costs to get this done and anyone recommend a company to do it?

Saw this, it is double sealed, screw down, but not sure on the the indoor use

Not expensive to fit, half-day job I'd expect depending on the condition of the floor. 500 EUR or so. It will have to be done by a small-job builder or handyman.

I got quoted 1400 by a drain company, 400 just for the required manhole cover allegedly and a days work, big job bro ye know he said !!

I'm basing this on it being a simple job with no backfilling and no requirement to brick-up around the piping. It's all guess-work. The real price might be somewhere between my guess and their assessment. 👍️
