Hi looking for advice on becoming a landlord in the Limerick/Tipperary areas.

Is it better to do all the work by oneself or is it best to go with a property management company.

This has to be a wind up . Who in their right mind becomes a landlord in this country when tenants can decide not to pay rent with zero consequences?

It's not a wind up. I'm not here to waste my time or others but I take your comment on board. Perhaps I'm not in my right mind 🤣

Anyway I'm wanting to invest in property. I'm looking to hear from experiences from those that are or have been in the industry.
