Energy monitor options

    Hi all, i want to get some energy monitoring in place. For reference house is a A3 BER fully electric house and we are EV drivers, using circa 15,000 units annually.

    Plan to get solar next year.

    At the moment i am looking at the following:

    Shelly EM - would need a couple i think, one to do the main feed, one for the HP and one for the car charger at least

    Emporia Smart home - can monitor 16 circuits , looks a tight install in an irish CU

    Something more straight forward that just monitors overall usage like an Efergy.

    I assume all need an electrician to fit? on that basis any reason not to go with the Emporia? and is it an easy enough job for a sparks?
