Eir Offering free Router Upgrade to Eir F3000 Box

    Has anyone accepted this upgrade offered (Eir F3000)? Is the router any better than the previous model? I have the F2000 and it works perfect, so will only accept this one so long as I don't have to send the previous one back!

    Got it purely for the 5GHz, didn't have to send the old one back. Got an email after a few days asking why I hadn't installed the new modem (I didn't have the time) so that was a bit odd. eir_WiFi SSID is back, I can't seem to find the option to disable it in the MyEir portal... maybe that's why they're offering the free upgrade.

    Also being pestered to upgrade .. can anyone confirm does it use the same IP range out of the box as the F2000 ?
