I'm looking at a cottage to purchase to do up for renting out or to sell. I have found one for a very reasonable price and in the ad, it's saying the septic tank is registered. Is it a case of just renovating the cottage and the reconnect to the old septic tank. If not, whst is the regs on septic tanks when buying old cottages.
