172 Auris hybrid 1.8 radio malfunction

    Have attached a Google vid here. Any ideas as to what's happening and what to do? I have contacted Toyota but have had no reply.

    I don't mind the radio playing up but it affects the reversing camera too.

    First thing to try there is to disconnect your 12v battery for about 30 minutes. This may reset it.

    Also, while the battery is disconnected, get it load tested. A failing 12v battery in Toyota hybrids can throw up all sorts of funny things.
