Does anyone here use Eventbrite for event ticketing?

Have you read Para 16.1 of the Eventbrite Standard Terms and Conditions which claims 'perpetual' rights to your Content and Trademarks?

    https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/articles/251210/eventbrite-terms-of-service/

"You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right and license to access, use, reproduce, transmit, adapt, modify, perform, display, distribute, translate, publish, and create derivative works based on: A. Your Content, in whole or in part, in any media, ..."

Does that cause you any concern?

Has Eventbrite ever used your content or trademarks and if so, how?

    TIA
