Why there's no company in Ireland producing/dealing Composite ICF (aka ICCF)?

I've been reading a bit about Composite ICF and I was surprised by the fact that nobody in Ireland seems to produce or build with this product.

    https://www.icfmag.com/2010/06/foam-differences-eps-xps-and-epu/

From what I've been reading this product seems quite superior to ICF:

    1-Superior fire resistance

    2-impervious to mold, termites

    3-Sturdier

4-drywall mud, stuccos, and acrylic polymers can be applied directly to the block

5-My understanding is also that it would require 50% less concrete

The main disadvantage is that the block is heavier.

This seems also to have been in the market for a while (it was patented 50 years ago). So why ICF is more popular than ICCF, what am I missing?

Is there really no builder or producer of composite ICF in Ireland?
