I have a "Lamborghini xilot t 20" boiler that is at least 10 years old...

When i turned on the boiler this morrning,I am getting a light constant light error.

When I look up the error on the boiler manual,it says its means "no water".

Is this a job for the plumber?

Interesting boiler make! My boiler (potterton) system has a similar light but means Low pressure or pump failure or, in effect, no water.

First time I had the issue was when I first used the boiler. The pressure meter was at zero and there was water in the system. Just not enough. I used the filler loop (In my case a cross feed in the hot press from the cold water feed from the attic tank - it's an atrocity really) to add enough water to start the boiler.

I'm your case you might have something similar. If the boiler is locked out, you may need to reset it (turn function dial to reset. Riarmo in Italian 😉). If the pump goes, listen for a sloshing sound - sure sign the boiler is half full or full of air.

In my case it helped to pressurise the system. I did it with a hand pump I got on amazon (yeah, it's sad) . Helps get the air out. Or moving out of the boiler at least!
