Graffitti on garage

    I have a garage at the back of my house, it has been graffittied several times. I am not bothered by it however, my neighbour has been complaining about it and he has proposed to buy the garage (which takes 2 cars) along with a large lump of my garden as a solution as he claims that the graffitti is causing anti social behaviour and he is concerned for his children. I have no intention of selling however, I am wondering if he can use the graffitti to try and impose a fine on me or something of the nature. I am sure if he was that concerned he would have gone to the gardai. should I be worried.
