Soil pipe to roof vent options

    See picture.

The flexible pipe connecting the soil pipe to the roof vent is torn/rusted. Seems like a flimsy enough job. Flexible pipe appear to be regular heating ducting only - probably only 100mm so just have been really stretched over the soil pipe

What are the best options to replace? Think the soil pipe is 110mm variety

and the more rubberised ducting looks to be the same. It's a very tight space to get in to (dormer roof, right at the ridge section.)
