Sulky racing needs to be banned also and actioned, not a blind eye turned as there is now.

Still too many horses in housing estates. Some kids love and cherish their horses, majority don’t though.

Lots of dogs always being stolen in the lead up to Ballinasloe horse fair. Selling peoples family pets for the price of a pack of fags. Ban the bloody thing.

after seeing what happens to horses neglected in the estates around the city, I believe parents who put their children in charge of a horses wellbeing should have their faces melted off with blowtorches

Plus horse droppings left everywhere, they don't clean up after them.

Glad to see it banned. Hate seeing the neglect and cruelty these poor animals are out through. Sulky racing needs to be dealt with next

They won't ban the invented "culture" of sulky racing, it keeps the participants placated. Cue screams of discrimination and whatever will the childer do if it was outlawed.

People who think a horse is an appropriate "pet" in a housing estate would really want to cop on.

They'll move onto the next key culture point. A hit and run outside Supermacs in broad daylight yesterday in Galway during a "discussion" between broods.

Ballinasloe next, it's nothing but a front anyway.
