No point asking my installer. They're aftercare has been non existent... Anyone know what's causing these errors? It looks like the battery is running to zero

What batteries do you have? I think there is a firmware update for Puredrive batteries which resolves issues with similar symptoms?

maybe try euservice@solisinverters.com and give them your serial number, they're pretty responsive and helpful

also, since it is a Hint-level alarm, you can hide those alarm notifications on the Solis Cloud app
