I have an Arthur Allen 12G for sale. made in Glasgow in 1925

Spotless condition ... 6 1/4 lbs 26 inch barrels with 21/2 inch chambers.

However... it has a short stock so will only fit a person max height 5'8" or with short arms.

I'd want about €850 for it. I also have an antique Wood /Leather travelling case for it - probably it's original which would be an additional €300.

Edit: I inherited this gun a few years ago and I'm now selling as I have inherited an AYA 25 sidekick. If you are interested I might be open to selling the Aya. If you're interested I can take photos.

Hi I wouldn’t be interested in the Arthur Allen due to the short barrels and stock, but I would have interest in the AYA.Some photos and details would be great.thanks

The stock on the Aya is only about a centimetre longer than the Arthur Allen - Neither of my uncles were tall men :)

Also, the AYA 25 has 25 inch barrels. It was developed in the late 1950's in response to Robert Churchill's book Game Shooting and as a cheaper alternative to the iconic Churchill 25.

I'll put up a few photos later.
