    Hi,

I am an Irish resident. Last year I had a wedding in Georgia(the country) with someone who was not a resident of either Ireland or Georgia. It was a hastily arranged marriage due to issues connected with the war.

However I did not complete a certificate to marry form on the DFA website.

My wife and I have been living together for 8 months and it is obvious that the marriage is not going to work. Unfortunately we have due in court in October to discuss barring orders served against each other and a maintenance order served against me.

Is there grounds to check if my marriage is recognised in Ireland under the conditions described above.?
