Suspended Ceiling Sligo Area

Hi, I have a stain on my lounge ceiling that I cannot remove so I was wondering if a suspended ceiling would be the answer. Is there anybody qualified to carry out this work in the Sligo area (Ballymote) Any ideas on cost? The room size is 16ft x 10 feet. I have tried all of the major stain removers with no success.
