Problem with online application for first time full drivers licence

As per title, passed my driving test a few days ago, but I'm having a problem applying online for the licence.

I'm being asked to attach an eye test report before I can complete application, despite having taken an eye test a few years ago when applying for the first learner permit.

It seems that if you previously required corrective measures (glasses or lenses) to drive safely but are now changing your status, you're required to take a new eye test.

However, the initial test showed I didn't require glasses/lenses at the time, but just now I happened to check my current leaner permit and near the bottom left corner of the back the numbers 01, 115 are displayed. Does 01 mean eyesight correction needed?

So I'm not sure if this is my error or NDLS - I'd check against the earlier permits but I'm pretty sure I've disposed of these some time ago.

Should I contact NDLS or just pay the €55 for a new test and report?

I was in a similar situation renewing my licence. I got laser eye surgery within the duration of licence and when renewing if I wanted to change the details I needed an eye test report. Also in my case it was a change of details so had to send off for renewal licence, then send it off again change of details. Even though I had the report there in the office, they couldn't include it with the form etc...

Called NDLS helpline during the day, seems it was an error on my end, they said I selected the wrong box when I was applying for learner permit renewal online last year, so changing back from lenses/glasses needed to no corrective measures in the details requires a new eye test report.

I booked a test earlier today anyway for later in the week, just wanted to see if they could alter my details to save me having to take the eye test but seems I'll have to go.
