Anyone have a contact for an insurance broker that provides flood insurance in Ringsend / Irishtown area? Looking to buy a house there but wondering what sort of insurance will be available. Apparently there was a broker in Sandymount who offered full cover (for a price) but they've been bought over by Arachas.

We live in the area, we got it from Arachas 6 months ago.
