I am a freelance technician working as a sole trader. I won a tender which had put me on a supplier list. I am contracted as a freelance. The company has asked me to subcontract other technicians and supply them. If i am dubcontracting other freelancers What are muly responsibilities to them. They will be invoicing me and looking after there own tax but am I obligated to have them insured in anyway? Thanks C
