Leaking oil pipe

A copper pipe feeding the oil burner from the tank, keeps leaking

I had a plumber out a few times , new fitting installed, PTFE tape lasted a few days ; he came back out and used some orange type putty , has lasted a couple of months

Any suggestions on how to stop this leaking, product to use , fighting with this since I moved in over a year

It is outside , nobody has hit off it to my knowledge

Ideally a flared fitting, other than that cut back the existing pipes at the ends and a new fitting. They should have inserts, but I've never managed to find any in the plumbing suppliers.

That leak might not even be at that fitting, it could be following the pipe from elsewhere.

It's also not secured against the wall - it's floating. That could be a cause here if the pipes are moving in use.
