What is the rental situation in Gorey like at the moment? Is it difficult to secure accommodation?

Very difficult and very expensive, at least by Wexford standards. Tonnes of people commuting to Dublin from there.

Difficult in what way? Is it difficult to rent a property?

Gorey is very popular the last few years. Lots of people moved there and commute to Dublin now. There are more rentals available than in Dublin as far as I can see but still not a lot. House prices are still on the rise too.

Stayed recently in a house near Gorey for a week with the family. I had to commute to and from Sandyford for a 3 days while we were there.

My God, the traffic on the N11. I did this years ago and it was always bad, but you would seriously want to be mad to do that commute daily nowadays.

If you are commuting to Dublin, do not live n Gorey.
