I'm reviewing an insurance quote my mate got. He had some bad luck this year and got done twice for speeding in one week. Both events were marginal and in the same location so now has 6 points. He got two fines in the one week. One was driving his car, the other his job driving a bus.

He got his renewal and it's not bad, he was relieved but I'm looking at the terms and I think they are bogey

My reading of it, photo attached, seems to say he is liable for injury claims where he is responsible for a crash. Is this correct? Seems mad.

On my reading of it (and I assume you mean the "Accident loss recovery and personal injury" piece)is that his own personal injury claims would not be covered if he were to cause the incident. Insurance has to provide basic third party cover by law, so anyone injured as a result of his actions would still be covered.

That relates to costs for you to try and recover your loss or damage where the accident was your fault. They won't find that
