How is traffic on the chapelizord bypass rush hr ?

    Hi all,

    Can anyone tell me how bad traffic is on the chapelizord bypass in rush hour ? Thinking of changing jobs to a company on south circular rd id be commuting from finglas and want to gauge how long it would take me to get there and home

    According to Google maps, you could be looking at anywhere from 25 mins to 1hr by car

    35 mins by bike (probably less if using an e-bike)

    Times may vary depending on exact start/finish points and times

    It's sticky from the top of the hill at Ballyfermot, to the "right turn" at island bridge, to the left turn to the SCR.

    That's 8am-830 when I go through.

    yeah traffic is not bad everywhere with the schools off id wonder would the time be doubled when they are all back in. Sitting in traffic for over an hour is something I would rather avoid for any salary.
