Oldest daughter age 19 has just bought a car, she's a novice driver for a year. Insurance in her own name. I'm a named driver on it.

Other daughter will be 17 soon and a learner. I'd like her to get insured on older sisters car. Can she do that?

The only one who can answer that is the insurer. But at an educated guess they won't.

Of course it can be done. However, the current insurer may not do it and you will have to look for an alternative quote. If you have to move insurer, there may be prohibitive cancellation rates and any months towards accruing NCB will be lost
