Honor 5 fitness band issues

I recently got an Honor 5 fitness band however before I got the chance to set it up I threw out the instructions. I can't get it to link with the "Health" app on my phone and I can't seem to past the reset restart, power off loop as seen in the 1st photo, any suggestions gratefully received.
