edited the post because I just assumed this was a diesel. Gearbox oil changes have to be carried out every 60k Kms. Suspension parts might need to be replaced soon. Audis suspension parts seem to be fickle.
not sure if petrol engine has a chain or a belt so need to watch out for that too.

The petrol engines have a chain. On early versions of this engine it needed replacing at around 100-120k miles. Not sure if the newer ones last any longer.
