Hi
Our house in Dublin was built circa 2008 fitted with an Alpha combi gas boiler and Alpha Solarsmart 90 solar panel system which provides hot water.
The overall system was integrated.
Alpha no longer supply boilers in Ireland hence no support or service structure in place
The Alpha boiler failed last winter and replaced with a Glow Worm boiler . The new boiler is working fine but Solar panel isn't working.
Alpha in U.K told me the solar panel would not operate without an Alpha boiler
The Solarsmart system was operational after the new boiler was fitted but no longer running
Some questions as follows:
Does anyone have contact details for individuals who are familiar with and provide services for Alpha products?
Is it possible to integrate the Solarsmart system to the Glow worm combi boiler?
