Hi,
Long term i want to install a heat pump for my house, but right now they seem too expensive with better high temp (acoustic) options coming in the future.
So for the meantime i'm thinking of installing a large heat accumulator and heating it with night rate elec (immersions) + wood gasification boiler backup.
I also need to have a way to heat a granny flat separately if / when it is rented out to someone.
Is the best way to do this to run all heat sources through a coil in the tank or how would this best be done.
Some diagrams attached, any comments would be appreciated.
