Front\Patio door cylinders

Are the cylinders the same for front and patio doors The patio cylinder is upside down compared to the front cylinder and locks anti clockwise from inside If they were both 30/30 as an example , would the above thumbturn work in both doors ? Thanks

Yes, is my answer as the cam within a euro-lock is free to rotate any direction (clockwise or anti-clockwise) and will interact with the door mechanism as needed.
