Hi, i am an employer who was a soletrader last year and 1 year prior to that i did a successful work permit application for 1 of my staff. But in january this year i ceased the soletrader and registered it as a limited company. I gave all my previous new contracts n put them all on board. That employee came to me 3 days ago saying that her visa will expire and we couldnt even do a name change from previous ownership or neither renew her workpermit on time as her visa has already expired now. I need help finding a solution to reapply her working visa the most correct way. Thanks beforehand
