Plumbing for a bath under existing electrical shower

    Question to experienced plumbers.

We are buying a house with a shower only and would like to install a bath instead of a current shower enclosure. No issue of space and we will be keeping electrical shower above bath tub. Hot water cylinder across the corridor on same floor. Thinking how easy would that be to plumb for bath taps under existing electrical shower, assuming it is fed by cold water tank in the attic only. Would we need to connect hot water supply from cylinder by lifting floors - is that something easily done? what would be our options here?

The electric shower needs it's own dedicated cold supply from the cold water tank in the attic. It's most likely only half inch pipe.

You will need to run a hot & cold feed to the bath in three quarter inch. It's difficult to say what the best route is but most likely under the floor.
