Air source heat pump service costs

    Hi folks just wondering what average cost people are being charged to service an air source heat pump, I'm getting €200 in the North East, love to hear what people are quoted, thanks

    In Dublin we were charged €150 ex VAT from the preferred service agent for a Dimplex heat pump back in 2021

    It's probably doubled since then 🙄

    I've never serviced mine, it's about 4 years old.

    What do the actually do?

    Not much as far as I can tell, it's more of an inspection, they check the refrigerant pressure and things like that

    Mine is supposed to be serviced annually but I'm not bothering with that, every two years should be fine
