Looking for advice on a new car

I’ve narrowed down to 2 cars…..a new Kuga (diesel) OR a new Corolla touring sports.

the Kuga has much more gadgets but the Corolla estate has a bigger boot.

the Toyota also has a better warranty BUT…the Toyota is kinda boring whereas the Kuga will do everything I need including pulling a trailer.

my wife feels we should buy a hybrid so we have different opinions but she prefers the Kuga too and feels it’s much nicer.

the Corolla won’t pull a trailer which is a bit of a pain.

advice welcome….

What's the dilemma here? The kuga suits you for what you want it to do, both yourself and the wife prefer it.....

I’ve always had a diesel as I live in the country. I’m sceptical about buying a Corolla as it’s pretty basic and am unsure if the 1.8 140bhp petrol is gonna be powerful enough when it’s fully laden.

the Kuga will cost me more to buy obviously and also requires a larger deposit(almost double).

we would drive about 30k a year

They have but it’s a Mickey Mouse towing capacity. I’d end up having to make 2 runs with my trailer

Can you get a kuga diesel? if so how much?

Ford have stopped producing a diesel Kuga since late last year and only available as a plug in hybrid now, unless your getting leftover stock.
