Question on the following scenario Speedvan is parked in a 50 Km/h zone Zone leading up to it is a 100 Km/h (but has been reduced to a 60 Km/h for road works) Is the speedvan checking the 50 it is parked in or the 60 coming into the zone in which it is parked ? I would think it is checking the 50 as that makes the most…

I would think it is checking the 50 as that makes the most sense , but if anybody knows different/has experience please share

TLDR; Can a speedvan check a zone it is not parked in ? Parked in a 50 , check a 60

There is a big thread on speed vans
They have a very short range.
They will be checking the speed for the zone they are in
