    As ever, thanks to Myksyk and to all those who gave their "thanks". This is a re-edit of an old studio shot. Taken on a Nikon D810, Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 at 155mm, f/5, 1/125", ISO 2000. I think it was window light, but I can't be certain.
