Thetford casette toilet won't flush

I've tested fuses, reed switch, pump etc. Still won't flush. Is there any way just to rewire it so flush button turns on pump regardless if a casette is in or not. There is a small control board but I can't find a wiring diagram. Must be easy enough just to go power >> switch >> pump. Parts are expensive for what it is.
