I have been told my job is at risk of redundancy and have been given my end date of 31/12/2023. I joined company January 2019. It's five years, is it not?
2 weeks per year. Plus a bonus year.

Two weeks per year to a max amount of €600 per week. Plus one extra week. Statutory.
Yes, time worked less than a full year is pro-rated.
Many companies pay more than statutory.
