Baxi Megaflo system pressure too low

    Good morning, my daughter's gas boilers pressure is below 1bar and needs to be topped up but I can't see how to top the water pressure up. There are 2 black levers under the boiler and when I turn them there is no increase in the pressure, so I put them back to the position they were in. I've attached a photo of the hot press yet I cant see a filling loop anywhere in there.

    Any help is appreciated.

    It could potentially be an open vented or semi sealed arrangement. Photos of any attic tanks and pipework leading to these might clarify it.
